rude staff cheap ingredient
the beach area was acceptable.
The staff were rude. One gave my wife unwanted looks. Another mocked a korean guest about boiled eggs. a different staff member referred to another guest as a dinosaur. the food tasted cheap. They clearly used the worst quality ingredients.

helpful staff delicious restaurant workout equipment multiple pools
i really enjoyed my visit. the hotel offered several restaurants, so i always found something i liked. the hotel grounds are expansive with many pools, this meant plenty of space to relax. the gym had all the equipment i needed for my workouts. the staff was very helpful.
the walk from my room to the main restaurants was slightly longer than i expected.

there is a nice gym with good air conditioning, i found it well-equipped. several swimming pools are available to guests. i always found a sunbed any time of day.

the location offers a very beautiful sea view. the architecture is striking. the staff, from the housekeeper to the receptionist, provided good service.
the AC had an issue, and it. our initial request to change rooms was refused. a technician came, but the issue was not fixed.
